Free demo recording - taster session :)

This hypnotherapy recording is a mini demo/taster session, to give you an idea of what the process is like. 

You will experience the relaxation at the start of a hypnotherapy session, and then come back to full awareness at the end.

This is a shorter track than the others because there is no "change work" in the middle - that's where the magic happens in the paid recordings :)
